Who we are
Office Care Pro Inc. is a commercial cleaning company based in Brampton, ON. This page explains what information we collect through officecare.pro and by phone or email, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The details you send in the quote form: name, type of business, city, how often you need cleaning, phone or email, and your message.
- What you tell us when you call, email or message us, for example on WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We may use analytics tools to count visits and see which pages are read.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule a walkthrough and provide the cleaning service. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. It is handled by us and by the providers that run our website and email, only to operate those services. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Write to contact@officecare.pro or call (647) 382-7954. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s privacy law for the private sector (PIPEDA).
