Building cleaning and janitorial services
We clean the lobbies, corridors, washrooms and shared areas of commercial buildings and plazas, on a schedule set with the owner or property manager. Rates run $30 to $60 per cleaner-hour.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning, hard-floor care, window washing, post-construction cleanup and emergency cleaning.

The owner or the property manager. We agree on the areas, the schedule and the price in writing before we start.

Most recurring jobs run $30 to $60 per cleaner-hour. The price depends on the size of the shared areas and how often we clean.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We clean in the evenings, on weekends and overnight, so the work fits around your opening hours.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and cleaning products. Paper goods and trash bags are not included unless we agree on them first.
